★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food and coffee was fine. Service was atrocious, they seemed more willing to chat amongst themselves then to serve the customer. The first time, we waited and thought we had to go to the counter to order, in which we were promptly told to sit down. After that we got served. I went back a second time to ensure that it wasn't their everyday service and we sat and waited for 10 minutes without being served. There were only 4 other customers in the store. Disappointed by the lack of quality of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for lunch and it was very nice. Cute little shop with nice space to sit. Didn't seem to be properly equipped (out of several menu items), but the food was very good and very filling for the price. The servers were very nice and cheerful, and there's a friendly feel to the café. They play a lot of older American music too, mostly pop.

Overpriced for a smaller cup of cappuccino! I’ve been to many cafes in Amsterdam and this is absolutely one of the worst cappuccinos I’ve ever had. Don’t get deceived by food vloggers who only show their seasonal offers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The baristas were super friendly! The coffee was great. Iced coffee with your choice of milk and syrup for those hot days. Perfect way to cool down after a day of shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that there is a speciality coffee place straight in the centre,as Netherlands is filled with DE, Illi and so on.... Coffee from fried hats is great quality, the machine and grinders also one of the highest on the market, so I was very disappointed when I got my oat flat white and cappuccino with burnt milk and almost no foam. So I would just advise to train baristas little better , because it's a shame to ruin great beans like that, especially for a price high even for Amsterdam :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience here enjoyed a nice hot chocolate and toasted ham cheese sandwich. The staff friendly and service was quick. The place has fun and quirky artwork on walls. The music was appropriate and not too loud. I was expecting priced to be higher but actually very fair especially as located on major street. Anyways glad I dropped in for a snack and get out of the weather.
