And for the other front desk associates they were just as helpful but im sorry but i do not remember their names.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a luxury hotel. The entrance is like a youth hostel. The lady on reception was very good. The room was fine. Just don't try to impress with this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's like a hostel, small rooms, no view, nothing extra (e.g. no desk to work, no cabinets). But if you are here just to sleep at night it's ok.
Staff was friendly, helped when it was needed, and we could leave the luggage after checkout.
The location is very good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was due to stay at the Exchange Hotel for our work Christmas do for 2 nights. Due to covid restrictions, we tried to move the trip to a later date when bars would be open past 5pm. Hotel was totally unaccommodating and wouldn’t agree to move or refund the booking.

We took the suite
Interestingly decorated rooms each with a different design.
Clean rooms. Hot water with good water stream.
Espresso machine in the room.
Really good service. great VFM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, on the very center, nice room, big bed. You can use elevator or little steers. The view was into the courtyard, what is not bad, because very quietly . On the street many café, restaurants. Rad light district very cloth few minuets. Public transportation, markets also on the street. Some museums. will be happy to comeback one day again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The double bed was the full length of the room and very narrow. I had to climb over my partner to get the bathroom at night. The bathroom in our room looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades.
I’ve stayed in much nicer rooms in hostels. The themes for each room are cute, but that does r matter when you can hear the conversations of people in the hallway directly outside your door.
The nicest thing about the “hotel” is that it’s so central, you can spend your days and nights literally anywhere else.
