★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren zijn mijn mooie stoelen van Bartique aangekomen. Ik vond het best spannend. Ik woon namelijk in het oosten van Berlijn en ik had de stoelen nog niet gezien. Alles is vlekkeloos verlopen. Paula was heel snel in haar reacties. Maar het allerbeste is, dat de vintage stoelen nog mooier zijn dan verwacht. Ontzettend bedankt voor deze mooie aanwinst en goede service!
My beautiful chairs from Bartique arrived yesterday. I thought it was pretty exciting. I live in the east of Berlin and I had not seen the seats yet. Everything went smoothly. Paula was very quick in her responses. But the best thing is that the vintage chairs are even more beautiful than expected. Thank you so much for this great asset and great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought 3 stools from Paula and Rene and two of them and 2 arrived broken as the packing wasn’t sufficient. I have contacted them for the refund and they are now ignoring my message so I am leaving a review here to help other people to avoid same experience as me. I am still waiting to hear from them. Hopefully they can give me a refund as it’s a lot of money. If it’s resolved, I will edit this review accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In addition to the 1 star review below, Paula has ignored our emails regarding the stools, 2 of which arrived broken, because they had removed a metal support so they could fit more stools in one box and therefore the postage would be cheaper for them. They have not given us any refund. We have now had to report their business to the European Consumer Centre (Trading Standards Institute) as what they are doing is illegal, as a refund or return is a legal entitlement. Do not order anything from this company.
