★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lekker in de ochtend met oudjes sporten, soms wel vervelend als je een kunstgebit vindt, maar aan de andere kant, je kan lekker een oudje op je schouders leggen en lekker gaan squatten, ze komen in alle gewichten voor. Geen stang meer nodig.
 Nice in the morning to exercise with old people, sometimes annoying if you find dentures, but on the other hand, you can put an oldie on your shoulders and start squatting, they come in all weights. No more rod needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een budget sportschool maar neem dan op zijn minst gemotiveerd personeel aan. Bijna al het personeel zit 9 van de 10 keer op facebook/nieuws/YouTube etc. (Uitzondering daar gelaten).
Valt ook niet mee voor ze om je gedag te zeggen tijdens die "werkzaamheden" op de computer, dat is natuurlijk best zwaar.
Daarbij komen ze natuurlijk niet van de stoel af tenzij er vrouwen zijn die ze kunnen begeleiden, walgelijk!
It is a budget gym but at least hire motivated staff. Almost all staff are on facebook/news/YouTube etc 9 out of 10 times (with one exception).
It is also not easy for them to say hello during those "work" on the computer, which is of course quite heavy.
Of course they don't get off the chair unless there are women to guide them, disgusting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom daar al ongeveer 10 jaar. Prima adres om zelf te sporten. Veel keuze in apparaten die heel ruim staan opgesteld. Ruime openingstijden. Geen ervaring met groepslessen. In de huidige Coronatijd alles prima geregeld met een reserveringsapp en volop schoonmaakmiddel e.d. aanwezig.
Been coming there for about 10 years. Great place to exercise yourself. A lot of choice in devices that are very spacious. Extended opening hours. No experience with group lessons. In the current Corona time, everything is well arranged with a reservation app and plenty of cleaning agent, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a member of FFF since 2015 and after few years they made the improvement of letting us shower for free and finally giving us Wifi at least on this location. Combined with the space, equipments and competitive price, lots of locations and nice staff...It deserve a 4 star!!!
