โ โ โ โ โ Friendly helpful staff. Neat and tidy and clean. Very comfortable beds and no worries when I asked for a kettle and extra pillow. Nothing was too much trouble and this is the third time we have stayed here. Handy for the regular tram and bus service to Amsterdam centre. Would definitely recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Very decent place to stay with great service from the Front Desk. Everybody seemed friendly. The rooms are on the smaller side but beds are very comfortable. Twins rooms have a glass door to the bathroom which is not the best if you are sharing the room with your work colleague but you can work around that. Breakfast was good with a good range of choice

โ โ โ โ โ Maximum 2 star hotel, you have to go to reception to take what you have ordered from "restaurant" and after to bring back the plates. The bathroom was with the paper from the previous person who was here. The food even worst, no taste or raw meat. If you want water they invite you to drink from the sink. Was the worst hotel i ever been from west europe. If you feel lonely, you can find 2 spiders, one in bathroom and one near your bed. (In my case)

If you are not dutch,first payments is taking like garantee and no i form you about this,they say the room is pay,and at reception "they don't find the payments" so must pay again and first payment to recovery you must call 20times and to tell them you will call the police!
To come at 23pm and to have the answer :you must pay again..uggly!!

โ โ โ โ โ They tried to take money from my credit card without authorisation!! I called their customer service which was honestly terrible and cancelled my reservation afterwards. Would not suggest this place at all

โ โ โ โ โ Hotel is average at best. Seems like the reception / front desk staff is the only person outside cleaning staff. The front desk in frequently unattended resulting that you have to wait 15 minutes to check in or be served as a hotel guest. That goes for the receptionist phone going unanswered.
The reception / front desk staff are friendly though.
I reported a water problem in my room. I had to run the shower for 15 - 20 minutes before there was hot water in the shower. This happened the last three days of my stay at the hotel. For a water-wise hotel this is unacceptable.

โ โ โ โ โ Hotel room without any emotions. Facilities is pretty poor. In the room was a strange smell of cigarette. The price for the night is expensive. You can find better choice. Good thing that hotel provided a free parking space.
