★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee van de 4 fietsen hadden kromme sleutels. 1 van de sleutels brak af. We hebben nog de moeite gedaan om de fiets toch op de hoofdlocatie af te leveren maar men wilde een vergoeding. Aangegeven dit belachelijk te vinden maar we hadden de fietsen maar goed moeten controleren. Met andere woorden: we hadden toch kunnen verwachten dat het product niet ok was. Medewerkers gingen zelfs over op schreeuwen. Advies is: niet doen, er zijn andere goede verhuurders in de buurt!
Two of the 4 bikes had crooked keys. 1 of the keys broke off. We still made the effort to deliver the bike to the main location, but they wanted a compensation. Indicated to think this is ridiculous but we should have checked the bikes carefully. In other words, we could have expected that the product was not OK. Employees even turned to yelling. Advice is: don't, there are other good landlords in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die Fahrräder hatten nur leider sehr unbequeme Sattel. Aber dafür wurde unsere halbe Stunde Zeitüberschreitung aus Kulanz nicht in Rechnung gestellt
Very nice staff. Unfortunately, the bikes had very uncomfortable saddles. But our half-hour timeout was not billed as a goodwill gesture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De slechtste fietsen die we tot nu gehuurd hebben. De 1e fiets had een slag in zijn achterwiel,de 2e trapte door in de 2e versnelling en bij de 3e fiets brak tijdens remmen de handremgreep door ouderdom af,waardoor mijn dochter bijna op een auto knalde. Geen aanrader voor ons...
The worst bikes we've rented so far. The 1st bike had a blow in its rear wheel, the 2nd kicked in 2nd gear and on the 3rd bike the handbrake lever broke during braking due to old age, so that my daughter almost hit a car. Not recommended for us...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir verbringen ca.2 mal im Jahr den Urlaub in Renesse. Das Fahrrad ausleihen sowie das Studio gehört zu dem Urlaub dazu . Beides tätigen wir bei beachweb Sports. Klasse Leistung ,immer nette Kommunikation sowie ordentliche Räder und ein super Studio ! Für freelatics sowie kraftsportler erste Sahne ! Wir leihen unsere Räder nur über diesen Laden und das immer wieder gerne : danke und bis bald :) christoph und lisa
We spend about 2 times a year on vacation in Renesse. Renting the bike and the studio is part of the holiday. We do both at beachweb Sports. Great performance, always nice communication and decent bikes and a great studio! First cream for freelatics and strength athletes! We only rent our bikes from this shop and are always happy to do so: thank you and see you soon :) christoph and lisa
