About Fietsverhuur Fiets Aan Zee- Renesse
Mijn naam is Sandra en op 1 februari 2020 ben ik gestart met Fiets Aan Zee, dé fietsverhuur aan de Zeeuwse kust. Na jaren te hebben gewerkt bij Fixabike in Renesse, in zowel de verhuur als verkoop van fietsen, heb ik de stap gemaakt naar een eigen stek. Wij verhuren fietsen in allerlei soorten en maten en ook de bijbehorende accessoires kunt u bij ons huren.
Zelf ben ik geboren en getogen in Zeeland, op het schitterende eiland Schouwen-Duivenland en woon hier al mijn hele leven samen met onder andere mijn twee dochters. Met de mooie natuur en prachtige stranden is het eiland Schouwen-Duiveland dé ultieme vakantieplek en geweldige plek om te fietsen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super leuke dag gehad op een elektrische chopper! Ik was verbaast met de prijs verhouding echt wel te doen terwijl je uren lang lol kan hebben! Vriendelijke medewerker aan de balie met goede uitleg!
Had a great day on an electric chopper! I was surprised with the price ratio really doable while you can have fun for hours! Friendly employee at the counter with good explanations!

Einmal hatten wir ein Problem mit einem eigenen Fahrrad, auch hier wurde uns schnell und unentgeltlich geholfen.
Wir kommen gern wieder!
Had lent us e-choppers. Nice, friendly and uncomplicated handling. The scooters were in very good condition.
Once we had a problem with our own bike, and we were helped quickly and free of charge.
We'd love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were 7 to rent bikes for one day. It was 11.30 am and we rent 2 tandems, 3 bikes (2 adults and 1 for teenager). Check in was ok. We did a first ride during which, the teenage bike was not functionning well at all. So we went back to replace it by an adult bike. It was replaced but the renter asked the 3 euros difference (day price difference between adult and child bike). I told them it was not very commercial and when I mentionned we were in the afternoon (after 1pm, it is half day price), they said it does not matter. And that, even if you have paid the extra for the guarantee or so on.. So bike ok if you test WELL them before you ride and the renter is not commercial at all. I believe they think we will never come back to Renesse so they really don't behave like with customers. Too bad for them, we regularly plan to go there as Renesee is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to rent a bike. Bikes are fine and staff very welcoming. If you are a foreigner, you might not have the right type of bank card they accept for payment (our MasterCard and Visa were not accepted), so don't forget to bring some cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bike shop, or rather bike retail, is a well-managed and cared-for business. The staff are nice and help you if you have any problems. They speak Dutch, German, English and I believe some also other languages, which makes conversing a piece of cake. I definitely recommend this shop because of it's insurance, it covers theft and damages. Really enjoyed my 3-wheel bike here! Thank you :)
