★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at 17:34, 26 minutes before closing. I walked in to no one waiting, one person getting their hair cut and two people on staff. One of which told me they were closed. I protested saying they we're open until 6 according to the opening hours. The second staff membered checked the time, looked over at the other staff member who shook his head, then told me that they were closed. Will not go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a really easy model, the lady looked at the picture a few times and start cutting randomly. At the end it had to be checked by her “more experienced” colleague who then had to correct all the mistakes, saying things like “oh god, this is really bad” and “you can’t just cut it this way”, while I was still sitting in the chair. Did not make me feel very comfortable to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is really friendly. But need skills on Job. They coloured my hair and more than half were still grey and soap was left in hairs and ears(not quite professional). They called me again to fix the grey hair. This time the dye used was having very strong ammonia and its was hurting like 1000 needles were poked in my head at one time. After washing this time the results were same, soap in ear and head. So I volunteer to wash my hair at home. And the best was the hair colour that has still not fixed. I will never go back again. Price is good and may be that is the reason why lot of People came in or they are good in other service. For sure will not recommend for colouring hair...
