EDIT: In reply to your message. In all honesty: your nail tech did not give me a full refund for the manicure and the damage she did to my fingers. She also never offered me a new treatment, if that were the case I did not feel the need to leave a review. Mistakes can be made and I am open to accept solutions. As for the eczema part, yes I do have eczema on my arms but I did not have any eczema on my hands when I came to the salon. The nail tech started cutting in my cuticles without any form of hydrating. As a ‘professional’ she should’ve been able to recognize that my skin was a bit dry and that hydration was necessary. As all the other nail techs that I’ve been to have done. But obviously the nail tech is not that professional and you as a salon think it’s fair to lie about the compensation/situation to save your own reputation. That’s not a good look :) Manicure met BIAB laten doen bij Romy. De BIAB was prima maar de manicure was vreselijk. Zonder mijn huid in te smeren of oliën begon zij nagelriemen weg te halen. Omdat ik drie weken eerder al een manicure elders had gehad had ik niet veel nagelriemen op mijn nagels. Zij heeft toen op 8 van mijn 10 vingers nieuw vel en zelfs vlees weggetrokken. Ik heb haar meerdere keren gewaarschuwd dat ze in mijn vel zat te trekken. Waarop zij antwoordde dat dit door mijn eczeem kwam (?). Ik had geen wondjes toen ik bij haar kwam en ging weg met nare wonden op 8 vingers en heb ruim 3 dagen pijn gehad. Ik gaf via Instagram aan dat ik niet tevreden was over de behandeling van in totaal €60,- omdat mijn handen er nu absoluut niet verzorgd uitzagen. Door de wondjes kreeg ik continue opmerkingen of ik vieze vingers had. Ik gaf aan een compensatie te willen voor de behandeling. Romy bood hier €10 voor aan. Ik vond dit erg weinig en had zelf €20 in gedachte. Ik dacht dus laten we in het midden gaan zitten met €15. Dit weigerde ze want ze had 'de tijd en moeite' er wel ingestoken. Die tijd en moeite hebben wat mij betreft geen toegevoegde waarde als je mij verwond de deur uit laat wandelen en ik 3 dagen met pijn rondloop. Weet je hoeveel moeite dat is voor mij? De combinatie van de amateuristische/pijnlijke manicure en de onprofessionele afhandeling maakt dat ik niet meer terug wil komen en de salon absoluut afraad bij anderen!

That's not a good look :) Manicure with BIAB done at Romy. The BIAB was fine but the manicure was awful. Without rubbing or oiling my skin she started to remove cuticles. Having had a manicure elsewhere three weeks earlier, I didn't have many cuticles on my nails. She then removed new skin and even flesh on 8 of my 10 fingers. I warned her several times that she was pulling in my skin. To which she replied that this was because of my eczema (?). I had no wounds when I came to her and left with nasty wounds on 8 fingers and I was in pain for more than 3 days. I indicated via Instagram that I was not satisfied with the treatment for a total of €60,- because my hands now looked absolutely uncared for. Because of the wounds I got constant comments about whether I had dirty fingers. I indicated that I wanted compensation for the treatment. Romy offered €10 for this. I thought this was very little and had €20 in mind myself. So I thought let's sit in the middle with €15. She refused because she had put 'the time and effort' into it. As far as I'm concerned, that time and effort have no added value if you let me walk out the door injured and I walk around with pain for 3 days. Do you know how much effort that is for me? The combination of the amateurish/painful manicure and the unprofessional handling makes me not want to come back and I absolutely advise against the salon to others!

For the best powderbrows you have to go to Schora. She’s really professional, enjoying her work and above all she works very accurate. I have blond hair and before I got the powderbrows, I had to dye them every two weeks. Now with the powderbrows I dye them once a month. I already recommended Schora to a friend, now it’s your turn. Happy customer!

It was a such lovley treat! Xaviera is a very professional, detailed and patient person, he payed attention to my request and took the time to make all details perfect, the result is very beautiful well done lash. The Salon is clean and elegant. Of course add to that the warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the salon. Definitely recommend this salon!
