β β β β β They lost the order, blamed Thuisbezorg for it, but apparently nobody knew what happened. Took them a long time to figure out nothing was going to happen so after 1 hour waiting I cancelled the order.

The cause was that the website still indicated deliveries to be possible on Thursdays (since this week no longer possible apparently) and the order was accepted and confirmed. But they were closed. So do not order on Thursdays, even if the website says you can.
As we have been happy customers here before, we hope that this experience was a one time fluke.
Terrible. We used to be very happy with amsushi especially delivery but this time they didnt show up and we already payed. No one answered the phone or chat. Wonder whether we ll even get our money back. Very disappointing.
