★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een vervelende ervaring met het bedrijf ibeautybyvie gehad. Ik heb meegedaan aan een winactie voor een gratis lashlift. Deze heb ik gewonnen, waar ik erg blij mee was. In verband met corona kon ik eerst nog niet langskomen, aangezien het bedrijf dicht was. Toen de schoonheidssallons weer open mochten, wilde ik eerst nog even wachten met het gebruik van mijn winactie. Ik heb iemand in de familie uit een risicogroep en ik ging nergens naartoe vanwege corona. Ik wilde daarom de lashlift voor een speciaal moment bewaren. Vorige week heb ik een afspraak gemaakt om de lashlift te gebruiken voor mijn diplomauitreiking. Tot mijn grote teleurstelling kreeg ik het bericht dat ik de winactie niet meer kon gebruiken, omdat het te lang geleden was. Ik reageerde op hun bericht om mijn teleurstelling te uiten en de situatie uit te leggen, namelijk dat ik eerst niet durfde en het niet logisch vind om een lashlift te doen terwijl ik grotendeels thuis ben vanwege corona. Daarnaast wees ik hen op het feit dat ze mij nooit een vervaldatum hebben gegeven tot wanneer de actie kon worden gebruikt. In deze coronasituatie had ik op wat meer begrip gehoopt, zeker omdat de tijd tussen het openen van de bedrijven en het maken van de afspraak niet extreem lang was. Ik vroeg hen om een reactie, maar heb deze nooit gekregen. Niet erg klantvriendelijk. Dit was de eerste keer dat ik een winactie heb gewonnen en ik keek erg heel erg naar uit. Dit is daarom een zware teleurstelling en een reden dat ik dit bedrijf nooit zal aanbevelen.
 I had an unpleasant experience with the company ibeautybyvie. I entered a giveaway for a free lash lift. I won this one, which I was very happy with. Due to corona I couldn't come by at first, since the company was closed. When the beauty salons were allowed to open again, I first wanted to wait a little longer before using my giveaway. I have someone in the family from a risk group and I didn't go anywhere because of corona. I therefore wanted to save the lash lift for a special moment. Last week I made an appointment to use the lash lift for my graduation. To my great disappointment, I received the message that I could no longer use the giveaway, because it had been too long. I responded to their message to express my disappointment and to explain the situation, namely that I didn't dare at first and don't think it makes sense to do a lash lift while I'm mostly at home because of corona. I also pointed out to them that they never gave me an expiration date until the promotion could be used. In this corona situation I had hoped for a little more understanding, especially because the time between opening the companies and making the appointment was not extremely long. I asked them for a response, but never got it. Not very customer friendly. This was the first time I've won a giveaway and I was really looking forward to it. This is therefore a major disappointment and a reason I will never recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Got there literally five minutes late because I had problems finding the place (I am new in the city), and they just cancelled my appointment and dispatched me quite abruptly. I explained my situation and apologised for not having called (I don't have a Dutch phone number yet), and they were rude and a bit passive aggressive. Never again!
