β β β β β I am very unsatisfied with this company. I bought the bed and had to sleep for more than 2 weeks in another bed because this company delivered a BROKEN BED WITH MISSING PARTS. After that, they gave me a new date to deliver it, and it did not happened because they had a problem and did not even bother to call me and let me know. I had to call them by the end of the day asking why my bed was not delivered, and they asked for another week because of some internal problem. I had to wait again for my bed, and continue sleeping in another one. And now I am not satisfied with the bed and my wife is 24 weeks pregnant with a lot of back ans sciatica pain, and want to return it (as is my right to do so) ans they do not want to accept it because of the original boxing is not present, but when I bought the bed and on the website it is not the information given. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!

β β β β β A bit suspicious. When ordering online, they say you will be able to select a delivery date (I even received an email on the process to follow to schedule the date) - which was convenient. But actually it is impossible to select a date! The customer service made me very doubtful about this seller. I asked for a refund, I hope I will get it!

Idid order online, but this is the only way to share my experience:
The delivery came at 11:20 PM, I received a delivery message at 7AM, so I was waiting all day.
The delivery guy works (drives) the whole day, all by his own, he was exhausted ( I don't blame him) he left all the mess around and I was actually thinking, this is quite irresponsible from the company to his workers and the people on the road... what a risk!
I bought the bed with the mattress that is included (no extra payment) worst decision ever! Is terrible, should not be even an option.
After 1year of this, the bed is uneven, and I must change the mattress.
The customer service, online, is not really engaged to help but to sell.
My Recommendation: these beds are Always on SALE, they don't cost what they say as full price. For me, the "sale" price is just a way to make you feel you buying a very good product.

β β β β β I ordered my new bed online, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was great, the delivery was smooth, the driver even helped me carry it up the stairs when I didn't have it on my original order form. The bed itself was so simple to put together by myself and is sturdy and comfortable.
