★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren hier een bank gekocht en dezelfde middag de bank kunnen ophalen in het magazijn. Zowel in de winkel als het magazijn zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen. Personeel denkt graag mee en is eerlijk. Kortom: fijne, mooie winkel met goede aanbiedingen en een mooi assortiment aan woonartikelen.
 Bought a sofa here yesterday and was able to pick it up at the warehouse the same afternoon. Very friendly and helpful both in the store and the warehouse. Staff likes to think along and is honest. In short: a nice, beautiful store with good offers and a nice range of home items.

Mannelijk personeelslid vraagt kan ik u helpen?
Geen goedemorgen, na de vraag of er andere opstellingen zijn en of ik hier van uit het info boek een foto mag maken en zeg dat ik hiermee thuis ga overleggen gaat hij zonder boe of ba weg. Erg onbeschoft, ben met die man wel klaar al heb ik een mooie hoekbank gezien en er wel degelijk interesse in heb.
Geen reclame voor de zaak, man droeg een donkerblauwe trui. Mocht hij dit lezen weet hij dat het over hem gaat. Hoop binnenkort een ander personeelslid te treffen. Zoniet dan vraag ik hier wel om.

No good morning, after the question whether there are other setups and whether I can take a picture of this from the info book and say that I will discuss this at home, he leaves without boo or ba. Very rude, I'm done with that man, although I've seen a nice corner sofa and I'm really interested in it.
No advertising for the business, man was wearing a dark blue sweater. If he reads this, he knows it's about him. Hope to meet another member of staff soon. If not, I'll ask for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 06-03-2022 een vitrinekast besteld er werd mijn gezegd dat het in week 12 geleverd zal worden, nu puntje bij paaltje komt en ik dus daadwerlijk bijna op week 12 zit, wordt het maar verplaatst naar week 16 zonder excuses overleg of wat dan ook?
Ik baal hier behoorlijk van en vind het totaal niet netjes, betwijfel wel of ik in de toekomst iets nog zal halen bij woonexpress.
Die 2 sterren staan er alleen omdat locatie Duiven, harstikke vriendelijk was.
Ordered a display cabinet on 06-03-2022 I was told that it will be delivered in week 12, now that push comes to shove and I am therefore almost at week 12, it will be moved to week 16 without apologies, consultation or what then also?
I'm quite disappointed with this and don't think it's neat at all, I doubt whether I will get anything from Woonexpress in the future.
Those 2 stars are only there because the location Duiven was very friendly.
