Having had a bad experience with another realtor in Delft, I can tell you this is completely different here with Leon and his team. They are clear, don't hold information and are really motivated to help you reach a good solution, if there's a problem with your rental. I recommend them highly!

β β β β β Definitely a service I would recommend if you are looking to rent a room. Very friendly agents, quick responses, and always willing to help you. The documents are easy to handle and the room was in top condition when I moved in. The price is great for the quality.
Any issues I have encountered have been solved within days and an agent has personally visited to deal with the situation. There is no expectation from the client to pay out of their pocket if they are not at fault even for minor things.
Overall a superb agency, highly recommend.

β β β β β I would definetely recommend INCA Rentals B.V. to everyone looking for a place to stay in Delft. Before coming to the Netherlands I had a hard time finding a place, as agencies always refused to show me a place unIess I could arrange a meeting in person. INCA Rentals B.V., on the other hand, were very willing to help and offered me the opportunity to have a videocall to show me the place. Leon, who was in contact with me, was always very quick to reply and very polite. Thanks to them, I found a nice studio and I am really happy that there is such an easy communication and every issue gets immediately sorted out.

I found an apartment that suits my needs and the process was quick and easy, with them helping me along the way and explaining every detail that I had questions on. The personnel is polite and very helpful and communication via phone or email is always very efficient, with quick responses so every issue gets sorted out on time. Definitely a rental agency that I would recommend.
