M	M M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is self-service and cheap wash. I was unfamiliar with how the tokens worked and thankfully the guy who runs the place happens to be there. He was so kind and walked me through the whole process.

(1) You’ll need your own detergent—walk 2 blocks from the laundry on Utrechetsestraat toward Prinsengracht to the Supermarket and the guy will sell you individual gel balls and (2) you’ll need €5 for each wash load to get a token AND either a €0.50 or €1 coin for dryer (dryer does not take tokens). Dryer is €0.50 for 6 minutes (full load of clothes was more than dry in 24 minutes). Please note that token machine does not give change. Also note that you cannot change a €2 into €1 coins for the dryer. You must have exact change.
O	Our HSH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to do a few self-serve loads of laundry. Clean and tidy! We got lucky and wandered to the flower market during the wash time, so no time was wasted! Each wash is $5E, and there is a change machine there to convert a $5E and a $10E bill to tokens. Each wash load took about 30 mins. Multiple machines available, front loaders! You will need Euro change for the dryers, each 6 mins is $.50E, we found our jeans were dry with $1E, 12 mins. We brought a few laundry bags, Tide pods and a couple of bounce sheets from home, just in case we could get some laundry done. We stayed at the Banks Mansion in Amsterdam, so it was an easy walk.
D	Dasha Yurovskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite reasonably priced (5 euro for a 6kg wash, or 10 euro for a 9kg wash) compared to other laundromats. Only takes about 40 mins to wash, and to dry it took about 12-16 mins (0.5 euro for 4 minutes), which I thought was quite speedy considering we had heavy clothes like jeans.

P	Pal Szabo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to buy tokens with coint of EUR 0,1 0,2 0,5 1, 2 or banknote of EUR 5. No bankcard / pinnen. Otherwise perfect. There are washmashines with capacity of 6 kg. One washmashine with capacity of 9 kg. You can use dryers as well.
T	Tanja Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and cheaper than Powders! Only 5 EURO for a wash (Powders asks 6 EURO for a wash). Unfortunately you need the exact amound of money in coins to obtain a washcoin. For the dryer you can use a coin of € 0,50 (most washes arn't completly dry in a 8 minutes, so you need at least € 1,- to dry). It is to be advised to have to your own detergent. You can buy some at the Albert Heijn on the Vijzelstraat (5 minute walk).
