Wij hadden raamdecoratie besteld en men is kosteloos komen meten. Een vakman was het. We konden nog wat vragen stellen en wat overleggen en er werd zeer goed meegedacht. TOP !!
Ook de aflevering en plaatsing ging van een leien dakje, Twee jonge jongens die als vakmannen de decoratie plaatsten, snel, goed en secuur.
Wij, mijn vrouw en ik, raden Berg&Berg van harte aan. Wij hebben er in ieder geval geen spijt van !!!
A beautiful store with a lot of choice. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
We had ordered window decorations and they came to measure free of charge. It was a professional. We were able to ask a few questions and consult a bit and there was very good thought. TOP !!
The delivery and installation also went without a hitch. Two young boys who installed the decoration as craftsmen, fast, good and precise.
We, my wife and I, heartily recommend Berg & Berg. In any case, we do not regret it !!!

Strak advies, alle afspraken nakomen, een stoffering team wat met zoveel plezier en grenzeloos perfectionisme een pvc vloer legt. En wat ik vooral fijn vond is dat ze continue afstemmen, adviezen delen, laten zien wat het verschil is tussen opties en keihard werken.
Als je zorgeloos je kantoor of huis wilt stofferen, dan kan ik je Berg & Berg in Sliedrecht van harte aanbevelen. De ultieme klantbeleving krijg je er gratis bij.

Tight advice, keeping all agreements, an upholstery team that installs a PVC floor with so much pleasure and limitless perfectionism. And what I particularly liked is that they continuously coordinate, share advice, show the difference between options and work really hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Afspraak is Afspraak", 1 van de 7 zekerheden waarmee Berg & Berg Sliedrecht pronkt op hun website. Helaas komen ze deze "zekerheid" niet na. Zelfs het nakomen van telefonische afspraak lukt ze niet. We wachtten 15 weken tevergeefs op de horizontale houten Luxaflex jaloezien. "de bomen moeten nog gekapt worden!", dat was de standaard zin die we te horen kregen van bedrijfsleider/verkoper G. wanneer we contact opnamen met het bedrijf om te vragen naar de status van de order. Vandaag besloten om de order te annuleren. Spijtig, want we keken erg uit naar het eindproduct. Voor ons was Berg & Berg Sliedrecht een uitermate teleurstellende ervaring. We hadden ze veel hoger ingeschat, er veel meer van verwacht. Slechte communicatie en totaal niet meedenkend/meewerkend om tot een passende oplossing te komen. Nee, wij bevelen Berg & Berg Sliedrecht niet aan. Helaas daarom 1 ster (ook omdat 0 ster niet kan).
"Agreement is Appointment", 1 of the 7 certainties that Berg & Berg Sliedrecht shows off on their website. Unfortunately, they do not fulfill this "certainty". She can't even keep an appointment by phone. We waited 15 weeks in vain for the Luxaflex horizontal wooden blinds. "the trees still need to be cut!", that was the standard phrase we heard from manager/salesman G. when we contacted the company to inquire about the status of the order. Today decided to cancel the order. Too bad, because we were really looking forward to the end product. Berg & Berg Sliedrecht was an extremely disappointing experience for us. We had estimated them much higher, expected much more. Poor communication and totally uncooperative/cooperating to arrive at a suitable solution. No, we do not recommend Berg & Berg Sliedrecht. Unfortunately that's why 1 star (also because 0 star is not possible).
