C	Chemie Dechungtsang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From cleaning, the room wasn’t clean enough to be named as a 4 star and tv wasn’t working. The batteries of remote control were beaten with teeth. Room changed by asking two times. In the other room the airconditioning isn’t working. We went out for 3 hours and asked the staff to fix it. Not done and whole night with warm weather couldn’t sleep. Had to wake up every hour to bath and then went to sleep. My home is better than this hotel. Highly not recommendable. Not only me but most of the guests having same problem. They kept their room door open the whole evening and by asking they replied that it’s just one time. I read the old reviews and feeling sorry for not reading it before booking. So the comments and reviews didn’t change this hotel for betterment. There was a male staff who seems to be learned the sentences by heart and not professional enough. A bye forever to this hotel. We are going for breakfast shortly. Let’s see how it is. I will write more if it’s necessary. Thanks
C	Christina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only they messed up on breakfast and claiming that I was not on list as prepaid. Well, I was, so I was forced to wait while they checked it at front desk. I waited and to make matters worse, the staff were unprofessionally talking about me as I was not a paying customer. OMG. Then, they said I was on the list but was error in system with booking. Yeah, blame it on Booking.com. After I mailed manager, I finally got an apology. So the room was good but no heating! I had to do with a portable LOUD heater that woke me through the night. No.. Not so happy here.

The phone in our room didn't work, the bed was like laying on concrete, the pillows to soft and the duvet was more empty then filled. The shower head was broken. The window was dirtier then a dog rolled through mud. The service made it a little better, desk staff was friendly and kind. But other then that we most likely won't be staying here again...
P	PanamaStart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two buildings one of them is in renovation. Meaning whole day drilling from 8 in the morning until 18:00 in the evening even on Saturday but not on Sunday. Another room in same building does not help and they did not tell me this when I booked. Do be aware. Now you know. So if you book take the Winston building they will not have a bath in the room but at least no drilling.
M	Mi H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the hotel at the beginning of the year when there were no Corona measures. The breakfast buffet was super large and plentiful. Every kind of egg was freshly prepared in the morning in an open kitchen and all wishes were fulfilled. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, except for some spots on the carpet was everything clean. Unfortunately, the fitness area is very small, which is why we decided to go jogging outdoors. The hotel is centrally located, you can reach many restaurants and supermarkets, also finding a parking lot nearby is not difficult.
T	Tgh P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pro's about this hotel is that our room was quiet enough. The bed was clean and the room was as well, so that's all good. The staff was friendly. There's public transport nearby, and parking spaces as well (even though to me, it was kind of vague where visitors of the hotel could park their car). The airco was fine, it wasnt too hot outside but I think you wouldnt wanna stay here if its truly warm outside because it gets stuffy fast. What I didnt like that much was the breakfast. I think the price is a bit too high for what you get. It wasnt that varied. Another thing I didnt like was the weird bathroom. I wonder who made the choice to place high half walls that dont reach the ceiling, made out of glass. Why would anyone choose that instead of just building thin walls to make it a fully closed off area? It was clean, but the shower was weird and the glue in the corners was just nasty. There also was a puddle of water on the floor that we did not cause. I think, when this hotel was build, it probably looked great but its a little outdated.

I am not happy about the cleaning as they only clean the room and make the bed each three days. I needed to ask to have new towels.
K	Karla Funes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a great location with transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. nearby. There's free parking around the corner. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The bedroom size was bigger than average and the bed was sturdy and comfortable. You can prepare instant coffee at the room or have better coffee from the machine in the lobby. Our room setting was a little strange with bathroom glass walls that didn't go all the way up to the ceiling (no privacy if you book with someone else). The shower was falling apart and could've been cleaned better.
