L	L. Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een uitstekende winkel met een enorm assortiment op gebied ijzerwaren maar ook praktische zaken als keukenkranen, opstapjes, opbergmanden. En vooral erg aardig, geduldig en behulpzaam personeel. Echt een heel goede buurt winkel voor alle soorten vragen! An excellent store with a huge range of hardware, but also practical things such as kitchen taps, steps, storage baskets. And above all very nice, patient and helpful staff. A really good neighborhood shop for all kinds of questions!
T	Ton Cremers Sens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dat was eens maar nooit meer. Om 08:42 uur staan twee medewerkers voor de deur een sigaret te roken. "Zijn jullie al open?" "Nee, we gaan om 08:45 uur open". Ik wacht die drie minuten dan maar bij mijn auto. Om 08:45 uur ga ik de zaak binnen. Vergeet mijn mondkapje. Medewerker, zonder mondkapje: "Wilt u wel een mondkapje op doen?" Ik loop naar de auto en haal een mondkapje. Terug in de zaak staat dezelfde medewerker zonder mondkapje. Ik: "Bijzonder dat ik aangesproken wordt door een medewerker die zelf geen mondkapje draagt". "Ik ben buiten bezig". Huh, buiten bezig en dat terwijl ik IN de zaak aangesproken wordt door de medewerker die IN de zaak is. Onaangename houding. That was once but never again. At 08:42 two employees are smoking a cigarette in front of the door. "Are you open yet?" "No, we open at 8:45 AM". I'll just wait those three minutes by my car. At 8:45 am I enter the place. Forget my face mask. Employee, without a mouth cap: "Do you want to put on a mouth cap?" I walk to the car and get a mask. Back in the case is the same employee without a mouth cap. Me: "It is special that I am addressed by an employee who does not wear a mouth cap". "I'm busy outside". Huh, busy outside and that while I am being addressed IN the case by the employee who is IN the case. Unpleasant attitude.

And then you could get surprises, like I did: 12 pcs of AAA batteries Energizer and 6 pcs of AA Duracell -> a total of 40 EUR. The personnel is very friendly, the prices are sky high.
