★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in late (about 15 minutes before closing) to buy new hiking shoes. They still made me feel welcome and took the time to help me pick the right ones! I am also very happy with the shoes (and socks) that I got. Very comfortable, even in hot weather!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an unexpected trip to Bever due to our luggage being lost en route to the Netherlands and needing to find travel gear in a hurry. The staff were amazingly helpful, kind, and courteous. Despite not being able to find all the items I needed due to my large-even-for-American size, item selection was impressive and the sizes I needed would have been available had I not been on travel-related time constraints.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop sold me a ''100% waterproof jacket" that got me fully soaked in a 15min rain. Returned the jacket to the store two weeks ago and just got notified that will take another four weeks to get their decision on the return. In the meantime have no money neither the jacket and its the middle of the winter. Endless talks with the customer service and no decision makers. Just buy your stuff from a decent online retailer. Unhappy Customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting shop for outdoor gear, I'm from Ireland so everything in it was cheaper than I can buy it for, plus there was a sale on. Shop is on 2 levels, clean, easy to get around, appeared well stocked. Staff very helpful and I actually bought myself a coat. I had only been looking for one for 18 months / 2 years so I was pleased and still am 3 weeks later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Iowa” brand tracking shoes 1.5 year ago actually january 2020 I bought at Rotterdam nieuw binnenweg shop (3 storey)2nd biggest in the city. Though very tough looking and very expensive (169 Euro). I noticed a right foot rightside close to front stiches openning 2.5 cm!
