β β β β β The staff isn't well trained to recognize the difference between Customer's Clothing and theirs offered in the shop. They sent the shop detective after me and my wife, taking me in the shop's back office just to realize I've done nothing wrong but giving my wife my own scarf out of my pocket.
I don't blame the detective, for he only was doing his job.
Also got No excuses AT ALL from the Shop personnel, only from the detective who apologized for the "STUPID PEOPLE" working at the shop.
You will NEVER SEE ME AGAIN, you COWARDS!!!
Btw. Poor equipped for taller and bigger people.

β β β β β Asked an employee that was playing soccer in the store with a colleague about a pair of boots I saw on their website. He couldn't help, as he was from the soccer-shoe department, and the guy from the boots department was busy trying on soccer-goalie gloves. They did not try to find an answer or provide further assistance. Too busy doing their own thing to assist a customer that wanted to buy a specific pair of shoes... Not very impressive.
