★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tankstelle an sich ok. Die Waschboxen sind die schlechteste die ich je erlebt habe. War jetzt 3 mal dort und habe um das Auto sauber zu bekommen jedes mal über 12 Euro reingeworfen. Dafür konnte ich in die letzte 30 Jahren mein Auto 2 mal waschen. Wahrscheinlich ist die Waschstraße dort besser und evtl. günstiger. Ausprobieren werde ich es dort nicht. Die Waschboxen sind jedoch ne abzocke.
 Petrol station itself ok. The wash boxes are the worst I've ever seen. Has been there 3 times now and each time I threw in over 12 euros to get the car clean. For this I have been able to wash my car twice in the last 30 years. The car wash is probably better and possibly cheaper there. I won't try it there. The wash boxes are however a rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Waschboxen sind hier nicht mehr die allerbesten.Sprit ist hier auch nicht mehr der günstigste.Komischerweise bei der BFT in Kalkar ist der Kraftstoff immer günstiger als in Goch.
Bisher waren alle Mitarbeiter immer freundlich,wenn ich dort mal getankt habe.
The wash bays here are no longer the very best. Fuel is also no longer the cheapest here. Oddly enough, fuel is always cheaper at the BFT in Kalkar than in Goch.
So far, all the employees have always been friendly when I've filled up there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kunde ist König? Das ist hier definitiv nicht der Fall. Es ist nun das dritte Mal in Folge, dass der ältere Herr hinter der Kasse dermaßen unfreundlich ist, sodass ich dort nicht mehr tanken werde. Aussagen wie "meine Fresse, hab ich doch eben gesagt" sind seine Art und Weise mit dem Kunden zu kommunizieren! In Goch gibt es so viele Tankstellen, da ich im Außendienst tätig bin und mit Tankkarte bezahle, kommt es auf 3 Cent Unterschied nicht an! Eventuell sollte sich die Geschäftsführung diesen Herren mal zu gemüte führen!
Customer is king? That is definitely not the case here. It is now the third time in a row that the older man behind the cash register is so unfriendly that I won't refuel there. Statements like "my face, I just said it" are his way of communicating with the customer! There are so many petrol stations in Goch that since I work in the field and pay with a petrol card, a difference of 3 cents doesn't matter! Maybe the management should take care of these gentlemen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived in Goch by bus, and weren't quite sure how to get to our next destination, Kalkar. The attendant was very nice, tolerated my offensively bad German, and helped us get or bearings (in perfect English, thanks!)
Bathroom was spotless and stocked, as was the rest of the station. Truly a relief for a couple of weary travelers.
