Even if they are the last bike repair service, do not use them! 100 euro for damaged inside tire(tube) and they gives your electric bike completely unusable.. they damaged the electric engine! If you have expensive bike to repair don't use them! They are incompetent... 100+€ for a damaged tube. And this price including their "trying" to repair their damage on the engine. Thanks a lot for the great service! I leave my bike in other service on Kruisstraat i will not say the name here. And they completely repair the damage made it from incompetent BikeShop Eindhoven service!

I appreciate the honesty and in the end the advice worked and I was able to fix it myself.

J	Jiri Prochazka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 6 months ago I got my second hand bike fixed here - paid almost 120 eur to get front tire changed and some very minor fixes. Quite expensive but I agreed to the price and repair was done ok and by next day so fair enough.... But today I came to ask if I can pump up my tires a bit... Was told that they don't have a pump and they cannot use high pressure because they don't know the tubes inside?! I wonder how did they pump it when they changed the tire? And what bike shop doesn't have a pump?! You spend money on a repair but when you need a little help for free they spend 0 effort. So I guess you will probably be better off elsewhere - such as a bike shop right next to PSV stadium where I was greeted with a smile and was offered to borrow the pump that was right next to the door.

I went there 3 times because of a flat tire and in the end the issue was never fixed until I visited another store. If you don't like to throw money and time away, never go there.
M	Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought budget bicycle. Unfortunately, handle bar grip was loose and fell off. And gears slipped out and did not work (as in the wire was disconnected from the casing). This happened within two days of purchase. Went in for repairs as the product was defective, and it was put back in working order at a cost. However on cycle back, second gear started slipping out again. As the below comment suggests, I went back and the repair was done free of charge.

Instead of making assumptions about it being stolen, If they were suspicious of me, the staff member could have just asked questions about the bike first before making any decisions. Instead, they laughed in my face whilst refusing my service and accusing me of theft. I understand bike theft happens often and repairs-people don't want to contribute to that, but there is no need to be so rude. I advise them to be more humble and less assuming. In the end, if you were polite I would have let you repair my bike, but your bad attitude let you down.
