★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg teleurgesteld in de klantenservice van dit bedrijf. Vorig jaar een pre order geplaatst van een Eevee figuur. Toen ik zag dat er in NL de figuren zelfs al te krijgen was bij speelgoedwinkels, aan de bel getrokken. uiteindelijk heeft het meerdere keren telefonisch en per mail contact geduurd om het product te krijgen, welgeteld enkele maanden nadat het item al op Nedgame en andere stores te krijgen was.
Deze week hadden ze een great ball online staan voor €81,81. Duidelijk op de website inclusief btw, ik heb zelfs screenshots voor bewijs.
De prijs veranderde echter in het winkelwagentje, dus nogmaals de beste mensen een berichtje gestuurd.
Ze hadden dus een nieuwe website en er was een probleem met mijn cookies, terwijl ik de site op dit apparaat nog nooit heb bezocht.
Ze weigeren hun fout toe te geven en mij de bal voor de prijs op de site te verkopen.
Dit bedrijf kan nog veel leren wat customer service betreft. Ik ga hier in elk geval niks meer kopen!

Foto is toegevoegd. Wederom dus een reactie van de eigenaar die dus laat lijken dat ik lieg, zie de reactie hier onder.
Hieruit blijkt wederom dat de klantenservice slecht is, en hun problemen op de klant zadeld.
Ook wordt er niet gesproken over het eerdere incident, wat mij erg amuseert.
Dit bedrijf zal mijn geld nooit meer krijgen.
 Very disappointed with the customer service from this company. Pre-ordered an Eevee figure last year. When I saw that in NL the figures were even available at toy stores, I rang the bell. in the end it took several telephone and e-mail contact to get the product, just a few months after the item was already available on Nedgame and other stores.
This week they had a great ball online for €81.81. Clear on the website including VAT, I even have screenshots for proof.
However, the price changed in the shopping cart, so again the best people messaged.
So they had a new website and there was a problem with my cookies, even though I've never visited the site on this device.
They refuse to admit their mistake and sell me the ball for the price on the site.
This company still has a lot to learn when it comes to customer service. I will definitely not buy anything here again!

Photo has been added. So again a reaction from the owner who makes it seem that I'm lying, see the reaction below.
This again shows that the customer service is bad, and their problems are saddled on the customer.
There is also no mention of the earlier incident, which amuses me a lot.
This company will never get my money again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good online service. The promised delivery time was wrong, the product was 4-5 days late and I ended up not having the present for the birthday of my friend. Also, no communication or package tracking by mail, I had to call several times in order to get info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid !! and there Pre order system which technically could take a very long time .Failed to arrive within the indicated time 2 months then delayed another two months ? when cancelling stated i had to pay cancellation fee cause "i was obliged to buy " the Article .So guys stay away from this place i managed to get the item within a couple of days from another shop which to be honest wasnt hard to find .Even Zavvi give you a refund option if its delayed and dont hit you with "obliged to buy"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I ordered some objects that were complementary to each other, but before contacting me to answer, they did this:
- Refund of the broken object
- Shipment of the broken object (??)
Being a vintage item, with super expensive shipping costs by the way, why should I want it broken, even if it's free? The normal thing to do would have been to contact me and wait for my response to proceed (I was on vacation for a few days) instead of sending broken objects.
I will never buy again.
