★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay in the city center of Amsterdam if you want to get some work done (have a notebook or sth to work on). Wifi is available, staff is friendly and food is quite good, maybe a bit to pricy. But totally OK. Especially in a city where business travelers can't easily find someplace to work for an hour or two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful space and the smoked mackerel salad was delicious. On a warm day I think it must be nice to sit on the terrace but I really think the interior is something to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bistro Berlage was a great choice for an early dinner today. We ordered a bottle of Malbec and their hamburgers. The burgers were delicious - they were very proud that Americans liked their burgers. As usual, we sat outside and enjoyed the views. Our server was very attentive. We made a good choice stopping in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place in the city center. Very old and beautiful building. The bistro is nice and cozy, quite interesting interior with nice paintings on the walls. We didn’t try the food but drinks were good and nicely served. The gentleman who served us was very polite and he actually knew and told us the whole history of the building. Good place to chill
