★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there looking for cat friendly plants... the lady was serving another person, so I waited... I already noticed that she wasn’t in the mood for good customer service... when asked about cat friendly plants, she didn’t know, which is, of course, ok. I don’t expect them to know this, BUT when I asked if she could tell me the names of plants in her store so I could look up online if they are cat friendly, SHE DIDNT KNOW THE NAMES OF THE PLANTS SHE SELLS. That’s when I thanked her and walked out, never shopping there again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a blind couple that visited this place with a sighted friend. The shop keeper first told us that he doesn't speak English, then told us in English that he doesn't have the pot we want. When we started looking for another pot, he said that he has already told us that he doesn't have what we want, in Dutch, with a condescending tone. Even though we were there for a while, he ignored us after this.
Even though this plce is very close to our house and I like flowers, I'm not buying anything from here anymore.

The staff are very friendly charming and will speak English if you ask and always willing to help and if you select from their vast array of fresh flowers they will put it together into a beautiful bouquet for you. They have lovely wrapping, gift cards and ribbons for the perfect gift.
I’ve always had such beautiful flowers and they have all done so good lasting a long time and last well. For your plants and other needs they can also assist with advice, and they have ordered some plants in for me, so overall an excellent Florist store.
