★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered something online and went there to pick up my package. Employees asked me to sign an empty A4 paper as a proof of that i pick it up. Because they didn’t have a template paper for it. I didn’t sign it. And then they said ‘otherwise I couldn’t get it’. I complained to client service and asked to cancel the order, but, they didn’t.. they told me to go there pick it up and cancel it by myself. Omg

I twice got empty soda stream bottles in this store:
Already after the first time I complained to the Customer Service, which has blamed Soda Stream.
The second time it was clearly a mix-up of bottles in the store, because I noticed (unfortunately when I was already home again), that the bottle was no longer original packed/sealed. The Customer Service responded quickly to my complaint and promised to contact me - but I didn't receive any further feedback until contacting them a thrid time after 2,5 month! At that time they offered a gift card as compensation. I just hope that the problem itself will be addressed as well...
