Contact opgenomen en te horen gekregen dat het niet geruild mag worden omdat het een sale artikel is. Ditti fashion ik zou zeggen verbeter je service! Buiten heerst corona, de winkels zijn dicht, misschien verstandig om je beleid omtrent retourneren van sale artikelen bij online aankopen te veranderen. Als de winkel open was geweest weet in zeker dat ik dit artikel nooit had gekocht. Je hebt me wel 1 ding geleerd, dat ik niks meer bij jullie koop. Vandaar 0 sterren... maar helaas moet ik 1 ster selecteren anders kan ik mijn revieuw niet achterlaten If you think you are buying something nice that is on sale, you will receive it and you absolutely do not like it. Contacted and was told that it cannot be exchanged because it is a sale item. Ditti fashion I would say improve your service! Outside corona reigns, the shops are closed, it might be wise to change your policy regarding return of sale items for online purchases. If the store had been open I am sure I would never have bought this item. You taught me one thing that I don't buy anything from you anymore.
