They do authentic homemade Milk Teas (all varieties be it taro, redbean, matcha, glutinous black rice or pudding as well as your regular tapioca boba -all natural for the record-) alongside what is perhaps the best part: JIANBING the popular Chinese streetfood/breakfastfood. Why indeed, real jianbing not only cheap but close to home, absolutely tasty and exactly like I've had back in Shenzhen China ?
10/10 on the authenticity scale and super friendly customer service. Will be back unquestionably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the matcha bubble milk tea. Delicious. Matcha is blended well. A bit on the sweet side but it’s far from unbearable. The tapioca is on point. It’s the form time I see milk tea with red rice outside Asia. Gonna go back and try that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would've rated it 5 stars if they were consistent(I found liquid filled balls mixed with tapioca instead of just tapioca in 2 taro, royal and other 3 teas). So it's very good if they don't forget to follow the recipe...
