The best brazilian manicure ever!! Not even in São Paulo you have this level of manicure easy. Rita is fantastic, she likes what she does. I tried several ones in Amsterdam, once I did pedicure with her.. I cannot go with another one. Rita is careful about the shape of the nails, about the skins removal and specially how it will be the end result. I know how disaster can be a manicure and Rita is in the top. I find really werd the bad review she got here from one single client. It is really hard to believe, honestly! Anyway, I am very satisfied because most of places charge 55 plus (the good ones) manicure and pedicure but Rita charged 50 and it feels like every single euro is worth it. Pedicure stays more the 6 weeks easy and hands.. About 4 weeks if you are careful. I would highly recommend this Rita treat! Book before, at least 2 weeks. It is not that easy anymore to have a space available in the same week.

Blowout and brow threading were great, but the manicure was absolutely awful. See attached pic. The manicurist made my cuticles bleed, stained my skin due to careless application, and applied way too much nail polish so my nails took over an hour to set even with 20 minutes under a dryer. The result was an ugly manicure full of air bubbles and little smudges with stained purple skin on my fingers. Really disappointing considering the manicure was 25 euro.

I went for a simple hair cut (long blond hair) but the girl who cut did not listen at all at what I asked for and it turned into a heated discussion with her when I asked her to not cut the front of my hair any shorter. Her approach and attitude were totally unprofessional as she tried to convince me that “my hear would grow fast back anyway”. Really upsetting! Thankfully one of her colleagues intervened and took over and did her utmost to cut my hair and to listen and try to fix it- and it was done well! However given the really bad experience of the first one I would never go back.

I had such a great experience today. The staff is really friendly and openminded and the knew and understood exactly what I wanted and I got that way. They gave me some usefull tricks on how I can style my own hair. I'm very happy with my hair and the experience!

In love with my blowdry! My hair looks beautiful. My hair is very long and very thick and they did a great job. Great price also (€35 booked through Treatwell). Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I will definitely come here again!

They did my nails with gellak. It wasn´t a really good experience, because the nail artist didn´t talk to me at all. I wanted nail art, but she did it really bad. Now 3 weeks later, 4 of my nails broke and one got infected. So that was my last time going there.

I got a 'kardashian' style which included a blowout, brow threading and a manicure for 75 euros. The blowout and the eyebrow threading were great! I'd rate both 5/5 stars and I'd be happy to come back to this salon again for those services, especially the brow threading because the threader did a fabulous job. However I'm sad to say that the manicure I got is the worst (professional??) manicure I've ever had. Attaching a picture for reference. At first I thought it wasn't so bad, because it was pretty dark in the salon. There were several red flags during the manicure - she made my cuticles bleed more than once, she was very rough when filing my nails and she was extremely careless with the application of nail polish - I've never seen a manicurist be so messy with polish application before. She didn't even try to keep it to the nail only, which resulted in all of the skin surrounding my nails being covered in Chanel's rouge noir, which is a very deep purple-red. She spent at least ten minutes cleaning it up with nail polish remover after the polish was applied, but my skin was still stained and I can tell I'm going to have to soak it in acetone for a while to fix it. She also applied way too much nail polish so it didn't dry properly and my manicure took an hour to fully dry (even with 20 minutes under a nail dryer) and is full of smudges and air bubbles as a result. She didn't use a top coat either. 1/5 stars for the manicure here, especially considering the price is 25 euros for a basic manicure. Really disappointed, I'm going to another salon to have it fixed as soon as possible.

I got a BIAB treatment, which I have gotten several times previously in a different salon. The nail tech was friendly and nice however she was incredibly rough with my hands, I have sensitive skin that breaks easily which I told her and she unnecessarily pulled at the skin surrounding my nails and made me bleed multiple times. As well as this, the treatment itself took almost 2 hours. When in the past, it has never taken longer than 1 hour. It was like she was going intentionally slowly which bothered me as I was on my lunch break from work and ended up being late back. I will not be returning.
