★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The air suspension on my BMW malfunctioned while traveling through Europe. I found BMW Dubbelsteyn via Google and went there early Monday morning. When explaining the issue the first question was whether I could leave the car behind or not as they were fully booked. I asked when they could look at it and the guy said perhaps on Friday and continued to show me how overbooked they already where by showing me his screen (as if that was my fault!?). I then asked if they had the spare parts to the air suspension but he couldn't tell me nor offer a quick lift and check of the car. I went out and called Dorwest Autoservice (found it close by using Google maps) and it seemed to be a non-brand repair shop. They could fit me in within the hour and fixed the problem in two after having gone to Dubbelsteyn for the spare part (air spring). So, if you are in need of an emergency repair, stay away from BMW en Mini Dubbelsteyn!
