β β β β β 0 star. Paid 70 euros for nothing but the worst experience ever. Purchased through Groupon, booked a pick up appointment but change of plan had to cancel, due to Groupon's 48 hours condition we couldn't cancel in the system. We called the shop MORE THAN 24 hours before the appointment to tell them we can't make it so please cancel the request, answer was sure, no problem. Then called Groupon to say we agreed with the vendor, please cancel the order in the system. Groupon requested written confirmation. We called and emailed Urban sushi again, they again said in the phone "sure no problem, will reply to your email tonight". That was still one day before the actual appointment. No written confirmation until the next morning, we tried reaching out, calling, messaging the owner, then what we got as a response was no, they won't provide written confirmation. The owner completely IGNORED the fact that their employee confirmed to us the cancellation on the phone. So inconsistent and so completely non-sympathetic towards customer. The owner first claimed that it's groupon's rule so he cannot allow us to cancel, which was untrue as we called groupon, then he claimed that we used their service which we didn't, then he claimed that he didn't get money from us so he didn't owe us anything, which is again not true -- he owe us the "written confirmation" which was promised on the phone. Then he refused to respond anymore. How ridiculous... I feel sorry for this shop, for having such type of owner with such type of attitude. I hope in the meantime there's someone else taking over to make it a better place.

β β β β β Quality of the sushi was about grocery store level - the wasabi was just the prepackaged stuff, there wasn't any ginger, except some wrapped around a piece instead of nori, and the tuna tasted like it was from a cheap can of tuna. The cost was far too high for the value. My suggestion, find somewhere else.

β β β β β This shop is ridiculously bad quality. They do not deserve even 1 star to be frank!!! Yesterday when we ordered and was going to pick up, checking the boxes, we saw bugs moving around (They do not have a clue what they sell to their customers). When told them about and got fresh ones. My birthday girl end up at being food POISED in instant care!!! My advice is never try this place unless you are ready to end in a hospital. When I called to inform they hung up on my call and I had to write a complain by email without giving any details over the phone. They dont care about the customers situation or frustration either. Bad quality and bad customer service!!! ?????

β β β β β I bought a Groupon coupon from this restaurant and definitely was the worst sushi that I ever had... I'm completely disappointed.
They try that you believe that you are getting a good discount with low prices, but is just that you are paying a plain rice with something inside (you cannot really know what the """sushi""" has inside.
Terrible.

β β β β β Nothing extra ordinary about this place. Its just the usual Sushi place where you get the usual stuff but yes it will meet your expectations in terms of taste.

β β β β β Not Bad, some of Sushi was tasteful, but competitors provide better value for money. Do not expect too much decoration. Tins or pots are not provided - not feasible for eating on the go

β β β β β The sushi itself was alright, it tasted pretty good. my problem however lies with the fact that I specifically requested less fish based sushi and no peppers be involved (because of allergies) needless to say, the only sushi that didn't have fish in it had peppers in it (and there was- legit only 2 options without fish for the person that doesn't eat fish) And the person that's allergic to them reacted negatively to it so she couldn't eat the sushi.
If you have no allergies or whatsoever, I can recommend this place.
otherwise, you may have to look elsewhere.
