★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. I ordered a video game and told me it will arrive the next day. Suddenly I received an email that the order will be late. For the surprise this late meant from four to six weeks. And the refund of my money will also take around two weeks.
Don't order here. Really bad organization and customer service.

Got a voucher from a friend and trying to redeem it on their website but would show "technical error" for several weeks already. Service team simply says I should wait and hope they would fix it sometime soon...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered four books and I have been waiting for 4 weeks yet it wasn’t delivered at all, no confirmation or any significant communication. I texted them and asked for cancellation as I prefer to buy at another book store. They confirmed that the order was cancelled by text. I didn’t receive any cancellation confirmation but I bought the same books on another store at that day. The following day, two out of four books came from Bookspot. I filed a complaint for this yet they said it’s too far to cancelled. I was furious but still asked to cancel the other two. Until today, I don’t receive any email confirmation. I Know the Reason is because they are in the midst of crisis, but sending email confirmation supposed to be doable!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be tempted by the slightly lower price - my order was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 days, but now >14 days on I received another email the order is indefinitely delayed. Save yourself the frustration of ordering here and find a more reliable store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing performance. Don't fall for the low price, unless you don't care when you get what you ordered. 8 days later still no idea of when it will be sent. I cancelled my order and ordered on Amazon. This is not even Corona time... There is no excuse.
Customer service is very friendly, quick and helpful though, but i think the organisation behind them is junk and/or nonexistent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! I have ordered a book and the website said I should expect in within 3-5 days but after 1,5 month!!! I still do not have my book. I have contacted them via email but after 8 days of waiting they replied after another 12 days saying that it's delayed because of logistics problems and then have no idea when I get my book.
I should have first read reviews here before ordering from this website...
