The food/personal are great.
He cooks with green egg, great taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be trite to say the food is not good, it is and very creative. The 5th star isnt given because at some critical points it just lacks some finesse (seasoning), just a tad too cool or not quite fresh as you might expect from the way the restaurant positions itself. The location is beautiful but not super convenient, having reserved days before we were sat near the door at a table for 4. The passage of the service was near incessant circulating quite cold air past you - the open kitchen behind was fascinating but actually takes up premium space squeezing the visitors against the wall. Service was really nice and friendly - she didnt know what Kir Royale was and could not suggest aperitifs otherwise no complaints.
The wines on the list disappointed - from cheap to more expensive they were very average. On top, 3 out of 9 reds were unavailable. Same with the 7 course surprise menu where twice the kitchen only had 2 dishes of one kind instead of 4 making a very nice alternate for the other 2.
Having said all this 'not quite there' it is comparatively not that expensive for the style it offers and if we were critical it is because the standing they project allows one to demand the best. So certainly recommended to visit, you wont be let down even if you wont be awed either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a fantastic experience, intimate setting, good attentive service. Food was delicious, only a handful of options on the menu but they all sounded great. Would definitely visit again when in Delft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Is a incredible place to go, the food it's exquisite, Monif AND Ana áre very friendly AND dedicated to their excellence work cooking every Dish , it's an explotion of flavors , highly recomended. Their Apple crumble it's a piece of heaven in earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is ancient and pittoresk, located next to the ‘gracht’. But there isn’t a wide variety of consumables, this is mainly for dinner as they don’t have any snacks for lunch or breakfast. And the drinks I had (tea and a cappuccino) were a bit on the cold side, but on the other hand at least the staff is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfortunate experience. We were very excited to have our first anniversary dinner there. Unfortunately we have to wait more than 30mins to even get a menu card while the tables arrived after us were already being served. Half an hour before the closing we were served a rushed 3rd course out of 5, being told they did not forgot about us. ( which only says they forgot about us). Which after we left with no main course in properly enjoy. On top of that we have to ask the bill to he corrected to not pay for the food we've never had. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because I simply can not disrespect the very well done starters done by the chef. Unfortunately we left with an apology from the waiter lady saying sorry for ruining our anniversary. Which seemed like the only person who cared about what just happened. A very sad memory that we will have to live with for our anniversary.
Humble Suggestion; In the future if someone makes a reservation clearly asking for a nice romantic spot for an anniversary, please dont seat them next to the toilet entrance. There is nothing romantic about a table next to the toilet entrance.
