Wij zijn een eigenzinnig restaurant waar je heerlijk en relaxed kunt dineren. Bij De Centrale maken we bijna alles zelf; van het koffiekoekje tot het meubilair. We werken veel samen met leveranciers uit de omgeving. Zo houden we de lijntjes kort en de kwaliteit hoog. Kom bij ons langs, laat je gidsen en verrassen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars does not even measure against the food and service. Genuinely put a smile on all of our faces. Flavours are intelligent, food is exceptionally cooked. Our waitress not only does she knows her stuff... she was super charming and provided exceptional service.
Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, it was a football evening, so not busy. But we received excellent assistance as a group of foreign guests. Everything was well explained in English and people were flexible in ordering. And there is much to explain. The dishes are not large in size but comprehensive in taste and use of products. Good variety and great food. Great four-course menu that allows you to eat enough. And all accompanied with a large selection of beers and delicious wines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to go for an early dinner, but they were already fully booked, so we booked for the following night. We chose Duck, Risotto, & shared the Chocolate mousse dessert. All meals were very good, especially my Duck!! This was our first time eating here. What a hidden gem. The food was delightful and beautifully presented. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great service.
Don't be fooled by the façade of the building or by the simplicity of the decor inside. This is high level gastronomy.
Prices range more around the €€€ mark considering they recommend you order a 'cold dish' a 'warm dish' and a 'supplement' given the size of the servings.
With a beverage, for 2 people, estimate 80-100€. Worth every penny!

We were sitting there at the 3rd floor where you can have an amazing view over the first one) The food also was pretty good, though dishes could be a bit bigger for nourishing evening meal... But the place will suit you well if you that kind of person who likes to pumper yourself with interesting combinations of flavors! This can be a nice experience for a special occasion :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambiance is informal yet fancy, the staff friendly and the food simply great. The menu is small but changes frequently, so there is always something new and exciting to try(as well as a surprise menu (eg the pictures below), which I highly recommend). The staff is very well informed about both the food and the wines, but there is enough to chose if you would rather have a beer or non-alcoholic beverage(the homemade iced tea is amazing).
