Het Konings Huys zegt het al, de naam doet zich eer aan het koningshuis. Hier en daar vind je de elementen en geschiedenis terug in ons restaurant. We zijn gevestigd aan een van de meest historische pleinen van Delft en Europa, de markt. Met een jong maar ambitieus team zijn wij elke dag weer gemotiveerd om onze gasten te ontvangen in deze prachtige stad en ze daarnaast te voorzien van al dat lekkers van onze kaart. β β β β β Donβt be fooled by the look of a tourists trap. This is a really good place to eat! Sea food stew with rice was SOO surprisingly good, and the kids said the burgers were the BEST they had in Holland! ?

β β β β β Lovely place in the heart of Delft! The name is translated as King's House and it really is! Portraits of Royal Family on the walls. Cosy place with good coffee (and look on photos what they do with it!) and delicious appeltaart (classic Dutch apple pie). We were with our cat (yes, they are pets friendly!) and they drawn different cats on our coffees! :-) We really loved this place and definitely will visit again being in Delft!

Good selection of beers and wines. Both are very good.
Great selection for brunch, lunch or snack.
I had the "BEATRIX CLUB SANDWICH". It's a clubsandwich on whole wheat bread, with chicken, bacon and creme cheese. Delicious :-)
My husband had the "SATΓ WILLEM IIIβ VAN βTANTE DOOR", that's chicken satay, with prawn crackers and fries.
On a sunny day you can sit here all afternoon, watching people go by, enjoying the sun and enjoying lovely food and drinks.....

β β β β β Staff friendly but not so helpful. They do not have English menu and you need to download an apps if not youβre on your own. Manage to order a steak and tomato soup as they have some similar words on the menu. Average food.
