Klantcontact is super vriendelijk en helpt om alle zorgen uit je handen te krijgen. chauffeurs zijn ook hele aardige gasten. Ze zijn handig en werken heel voorzichtig met je spullen. Ik ben erg tevreden en beveel Boxie 24 zeker aan. Good service, solution-oriented and friendly staff. Customer contact is super friendly and helps to take all worries out of your hands. drivers are also very nice guys. They are handy and work very carefully with your stuff. I am very satisfied and definitely recommend Boxie 24.

Voor die prijs besteed ik het graag uit. Ophalen was op tijd en er werd goed gecommuniceerd. Chauffeur was erg vriendelijk en professioneel. Zeker aan te bevelen. Nice idea and well executed: I learned from Boxie24 by chance. Very nice that things are collected and possibly returned to another address. I'd be happy to outsource it for that price. Pick up was on time and communication was good. Driver was very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Je kunt niet korter dan 3 maanden huren. Nadat de spullen stonden opgeslagen kreeg ik 2 weken later passende woonruimte aangeboden. Helaas moest ik toch de overige maanden betalen en dat tikt aan. En de administratieve afhandeling liet ook te wensen over. Reageren op mijn e-mails was zeer moeizaam. Volgende keer toch maar, per maand opzegbaar, huren!!! Very satisfied with the movers. On time and kind gentlemen. Everything was so packed. A tip, think carefully whether this is the right company for you. You cannot rent for less than 3 months. After the items were stored, I was offered suitable accommodation 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, I still had to pay for the other months and that is adding up. And the administrative handling also left a lot to be desired. Responding to my emails was very laborious. Next time, can be canceled per month, rent!!!

I'd never used the system before and it went very seamlessly. Additionally the driver called when he was going to arrive and gave me ample time to get the stuff outside.
