One star because you cannot give zero. PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE HIRING THEM FOR YOUR TASK! Being an expat, I had several experiences working with verhuising companies and this is the worst terrible one. I requested a quote one month before the moving and they sent me an offer by email which initially sound OK. I had an appointment with them at 15:00 a day before I had to empty the apartment. Instead of 15:00 they came at 18:15, three hours delay. On the arrival, the two worker had a look at my stuff and after a short chat and a call with their boss they surprisingly told me that they will only take 5 items and not the rest !! Imagine the night before you need to hand in the key and you will notice that you cannot move. I called their boss and he told me that if you don't like this, we can cancel the job. Such an irresponsible company and costumer service .... As I had no other options for moving big items I asked them to take the 5 items and the disaster started here. Their worker had no experience in moving, they couldn't think even that if an item doesn't pass the door frame, you can turn it, I had to help them even with those five items otherwise they couldn't think of a solution how to pass the sofa through the door. There was an extra item which they said it should be moved using the stairs and for that they initially told me that I need to pay 120 euro extra IN CASH. I accepted, once they finished their terrible job, they told me that 120 euro was without tax and I should pay more. Remember that they wanted me to pay IN CASH and at the same time pay tax. How do you feel in this situation? I had all the documents regarding what is written here and if anyone wants them I can share to show you how terribly they treated me. PS: After my review, the owner has responded below and as you see instead of apologizing for their bad service they provided a series of false claim: They called me on the day of transportation and confirmed 15:00 but then postponed it because they were simply busy with another job. It is funny that they even confirm 1:00 hour delay but still do not apologize. Is one hour delay for you nothing? Turning a sofa when passing through a door frame does not have anything to do with other items on the floor which are a few meter away. This only shows how inexperienced your worker are. There is no indication of the number of items in the quotation. Document is available. They asked 120 euro for the extra item and they simply asked for higher afterwards. If it costs more with your standard, you should state it in the beginning. Pay cash and calculate VAT? hahaha ...

A last minute move was made easy via Snelle Jongens, with less than a week’s notice they showed up on time and were quite quick and careful with moving. Professional, kind, and a good price for such a last minute move.
