★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net als de vorige keer, helemaal top. Enigste min puntje is dat elke x dat de buitendeur opengaat er een flinke hoeveelheid kou naar binnen komt.
 Just like last time, absolutely top notch. The only downside is that every time the outside door is opened, a considerable amount of cold comes in.

Lekker geluncht met de collega's. Wij zaten binnen maar had ook buiten gekunt.
Dat allemaal voor verassende redelijke prijs.
Pleasant, cheerful and good service.
Nice lunch with colleagues. We sat inside but could have gone outside as well.
All this for a surprisingly reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional food & friendly service, I highly recommend this as the place to eat in schiedam. I had a three course sunday dinner with a fragrant lobster salad to start, followed by perfectly cooked duck. They have a really nice selection of unique drinks too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had dinner here after the lockdown. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is well prepared and tasty. The menu isn't very adventurous per se but the attention to detail makes up for it. Definitely a pleasant surprise to eat this well in Schiedam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent brunch there. The breakfast menu is kind of hidden, apart from the sign outside, but rest assured it is there and it is delicious! The breakfast trifecta: eggs benedict, hash browns (rostie) and blueberry pancakes. Coupled with a Bloody Mary and cappuccino it was perfect! We shall return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINE DINING from home > Personally, I’m a big fan of Marnix Benschop’s culinary adventures. He’s also the chef behind De Eenling. A culinary gem at Rotterdam’s little brother Schiedam. De Eenling cooks delicious and affordable 3, 4 or 5-course dinners for you to eat at home. Never a dull moment cause the menu keeps changing every week. And boy, what a menu last week! Smoked eggs with lovage emulsion, pearl barley with roast beef and a cream puff filled with sweet woodruff cream. Simple. Tasty. Beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5€ for a small plate of fries is definitely pushing the limits of expensive. They were tasty, but the price of pretty much everything will definitely put us off coming back (e.g. a toast costs 9€, a small beer 4.25€)!
