She laughed when I made a mistake in saying the right order and made a remark when the other person I was with was not yet sure of what she wanted to order. When she did know what she wanted we called for the waitress attention and made the order and her attitude was not comendeble.
O	Oluchi Onoh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very friendly and fast. They were not pushy at all and allowed us to eat without interruption. The food tasted nice. There was no loud music which is a plus especially if you are there with a child or want hold a conversation.

J	Jade Bernet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coffee was alright, but I must admit it tasted a little too bitter with the crude side of customer service we didn't order. This is by far the worst customer service, I have received in Amsterdam. The waitress did not say hello, did not even fake a smile, did not even answer when we thanked her for our drinks. Not to mention we were refused sitting at the back part of the cafe (i'm guessing it was too far a walk?), and once we sat down somewhere else, our lovely waitress informed us we'd have to leave in an hour and a half since that table was reserved. Quick note, if you're gonna lie about a reservation in an empty cafe, don't scribble it on a torn piece of paper, its a dead giveaway :) Anyways, we basically got kicked out when we told her we'd move to another table because we were using our computers. Don't waste your money there, go across the street to the Theater Omval, they have lovely staff that actually serves your drinks without basically throwing things on your table :) oh and it was the morning shift on Monday btw

C	Chiew Ping Zeilstra Voon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there are 3 catagories to be given stars. This will be :- Service - 1 star The waiter/tress don't know what type of cakes still got in the kitchen. After coffee came and we still waiting to the cakes. After 10 mins, we have to go to them to ask where are our cakes then we have within a min. I don't know you guys but I like my warm coffee with cakes. Hygiene - 1 star We still can see the fat and crumb on the table. We clean it ourself. Food - 4 stars Coffee is good and the cakes too.
R	R Snell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever received in the Netherlands. Long story short, they refused to serve us food, telling us the kitchen was closed (during opening hours). Of course, they didn't tell us this until AFTER they served us drinks, so we sat with our drinks watching as they served food to the other tables around us, including tables that arrived and ordered after us. I have absolutely no idea why this happened, and cannot believe how rude it was. We will not be returning, which is a shame because we live locally.
