★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming seems very nice atmosphere. And very nice wait staff. I ordered the "classic" mussels and my friend ordered the halibut. I thought the mussels were best bland, but the halibut was delish. So I would certainly return but I wouldn't order the mussels again.

Ravioli swims in oil and is not tasty at all (check pic)
meatball sandwich is not a meatball sandwich… its “meat” in a bowl with toast on the side…
Risotto is meh
Do not recommend at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid three visits to this traditional restaurant and had a very good time in every occasion. Sitting outside, you can enjoy delicious food with Concertgebouw in sight, which adds the best spice to your dish! I myself have been a lover of classical music since I was quite young, so having early dinner beside Concertgebouw, waiting for tonight’s concert to begin, seems like a best moment to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I had a wonderful dinner at Keyzer. They are known for their Sole, which is a must-try. The staff is friendly and very attentive. You will not be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Original Beef Salad (main). The sauce is toooooo salty. The service is also bad. Waitress served the dish with no words or smile. She even didn't look at me when I said "thank you". Another waiter suddenly came to my table and grabbed the empty bottle without looking at me or saying anything, very rude. I have never experienced such bad service before. Unbelievable.
Besides, tablecloth is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enter through the OPEN door at 9:55 in the deserted brasserie and after few minutes of waiting, a chubster woman like creature came crawling from downstairs and kicked me out saying that they open at 10.It was 9:58. She even locked the door after me.
I enjoyed 30 more seconds in the crowded rain and went next door to Chimney Bakery where I am enjoying the charming atmosphere of freshly baked croissants aromatherapy and a great double espresso !
Am not judging the quality of the food of the Brasserie, didnt get that far, but the service is typical of a never to be bach experiencé. Probably she had a tough night and fell asleep with her sunny side down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would and could give them 5 stars..but !..normally 'de garnalenkroketjes' (shrimp croquettes Escoffier at it's finest) came by the 4 and two slices of bread..post Corona they now come in 3 (a slight dissapiontment) the quality is the same but still! The ambiance and service were like 'old times' (perfect) I already went here in the mid 70's ..and of course prices are not the same. If you haven't been to 'Keyzer' you haven't been to Amsterdam !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sole fish was superb with its amazing baby potatoes ? and delicious sauce on the side. The tomato soup was cold unfortunately and taste was not par with other restaurants. The steak was great. The muscles were fresh and tasty. The French fries was out of this world crunchy and just right.
