★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. Whenever there's any problem with your order, they go out of their way to completely solve it for you. That's great customer service, right there. Their sandwiches and sweet pastries also look really tasty as well, and it's all fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, cozy and good in price as well as with taste, the apple pie is amazing. The only bad thing is that the pie was frozen and need to warm it up twice. Very enjoyable I would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by for a quick tea and sweets after a museum visit. The place feels more like a tourist trap than what you’d expect from the high ratings. Staff doesn’t speak Dutch and were not unfriendly but also not particularly friendly - we didn’t see anyone smile once during our visit.
The chimney cake was hard, and the Cinnabon dry and stodgy. The ice cream was alright, not great. We had to grab our own loose tea bags out of a tin, which didn’t seem very hygienic since they didn’t have any other packaging around them.
Unfortunately I think in this case the reviews are a bit misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible cake selection. I was able to custom make a gluten free and lactose free cake. I was impressed by that. The type of cakes that they make for special events are outstanding. This is the best bakery I've seen and been to ever. I am very happy that i found this one. This is very recommendable!
Thank you to all the hard workers at the bakery for making these incredible treats.
