β β β β β We used to eat and order quite often.However,we were dissapointed for the last two orders.Ordered yesterday,the food was extremely oily and the chicken kapsalon tasteless.I couldnt finish it.Not an option anymore.
Extra credit to the delivery guy who forgot our cokes and went back to get them.

β β β β β Place is nice, looks like family business. Lot of mirrors inside and nice set on the walls, familiar atmosphere. Spicy and garlic sauce on the tables. I had only fries which of course weren't bad but i don't think they are worth the price they have. Snacks, kapsaloon, etc. Ofc available.

β β β β β on the 14th, me and my colleague orderd at Ten Beste.
In the instructions we clearly specified to call us when they would be down at our Office company reception.: please see the picture attached.
TIme went past the original delivery time so after 20 minutes WE decided to call. Then they told us it was dropped at Security by the delivery guy. However ten Beste didnt call us at all.
They even said that we had put in the comments to leave it at the reception, which is totally incorrect i even provided two different phone numbers. Luckily they couldnt deny since i had proof from the order confirmation.
We asked them to do the delivery again but it was "tooo busy", we didnt eat the cold food and were extremly dissapointd, but agreed to reorder a different day instead.
Today is that day, however they told us they would ONLY compensate with Baklava and a drink. SO we would have to order again. Even though we didnt eat the cold food at all. (NOBODY likes cold fries!) it takes a lot for me to place a review and you should be ashamed of yourself and your Company for not staying true to your word.
I personally will never order again and will be telling al my co-workers. You could have handled it differently by redelivering the food that we origanally orderd, but instead you want us to reorder pay for it and additional you will provide a beverage and a snack. I hope you are proud of yourself.
