★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the things I don't like a about Subway is that for the veggie delite, they just put 2 small triangles of cheese on every 15cm sub (and 4 triangles on a 30cm sub). If you look at other sandwiches, they're really well done, there is meat, sometimes several kinds of meat, and always cheese. It seems weird to just leave out meat and not add a little bit of cheese to the Veggie delite. I always ask for extra cheese and then sometimes I find that it's still not enough and I put more on it at home.
I like that you can compensate by asking for more olives or more tomatoes if you like, they'd gladly put some extra on there for you. What I didn't like is that they put my sandwich in the toasting machine without asking me if I wanted it toasted.
I have to say that compared to the Subway in the United States, the one here isn't extremely customer friendly. In the US, they check what you want every step of the way and they tell you about combo good deals. I also like that it's way cheaper in the US, it's still a little expensive here in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really nice Subway. Probably the best in Utrecht now that it has been redone.
The food is good as it always is at subway. The restaurant itself is well kept and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the manager is onsite and very hands on. If you're looking for a subway to go to in the inner city, choose this one!
