McDonald's - Oudegracht 136

Ive ordered here several times and more than half of the time the order isnt right. If you call they tell you they cant deliver your meal that you paid for and you have to call thuisbezorgd to get your money back. Or They will say you can come by and get your meal at their resutrant (The store is far away and its the reason most people get it delivered). You cant order another meal because theres a minimum amount on thuisbezorgd. Really bad customer service and rude over the phone. They really need to get their sh*t together.

The stuff did not put all the items in our take-away order, very disappointing! We’ve noticed that when we opened the bag… we were far away by that time. The ice cream cone that we ordered was pre-made and was standing, leaking, waiting for us to come and take that melted something, so we had to ask for a new one. This happened 13th of June at 18:17

Not bad, quick and typical McDonald's experience:)

No second floor. Rather disappointing. Still exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's though. 5 stars.

In terms of basic gastronomy, McDonalds has been a seminal location in my time in Utrecht. After a Saturday of shopping for clothes, going for a coffee with friends, this is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy one of the excellent and *reasonably priced* McBreak options (be it the Chilli Chicken, the classic hamburger, the cheeseburger, or 6 chicken nuggets). Alternatively, a small McMenu might also satisfy your needs, and your thirst will be quenched with a lovely iced drink, ready for further journeys across Utrecht. However, ever since opening for 24 hours on Friday nights, this Maccies has attracted yet a larger customer-base which might otherwise have gone to a kebab place or simply home for a sad slice of toast. Therefore, this is now one of the additional popular food places to be at the end of a night of partying (after 3.00 AM). I remember one of these nights specifically, my friend and I already half asleep, biting into our delicious chilli chicken burger, feeling the crunch of the lettuce, the succulent capitulation of the tender chicken against my teeth, the tanginess of the chilli sauce tantalizing my tongue. The food was finished, and nothing mattered. I felt saved. With that being said, there are a few things to bear in mind: 1)Get your order in as soon as possible, because the waiting list can be long! Use the electronic screen to process the order. Chicken nuggets are amazing here. 2)Make sure you have one eye on your friends, and one eye on the screen. The staff member calling out the order will not be able to shout louder than all of the drunken guests. When he prepares to shout “vijfenzeventig..!” it will be drowned out by a host of unrelated conversation and incoherent shouting among the many McCustomers. So be prepared for your order! 3)You will probably see almost everyone you saw in the bar or club you visited that night again in this location, plus/minus twenty minutes of closing time. 4)Enjoy the food! Finally, the interior design of the building is rather aesthetically pleasing, with small intimate booths as well as long tables to sit with larger groups of friends.

Obviously nearly everone knows about mcdonalds, i came to have breakfast and i was extremely surprised! 7 euros and a hamburguer with egg, a croissant with butter, hot drink and cold drink.

Decent place to have snacks middle of utrech. Spicy chicken is new in taste and a must try. Little expensive side but still good.

Food was nice but is there any need for this hamburger? I didn’t eat this one
