★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID having this company delivering your packages! No response on the chat. On the phone they don't know what's going on, and reading the reviews from others, it seems to me that this company is using the same excuses and tricks to justify the fact that they don't deliver the packages. Please avoid and use the trustworthy companies like DHL, PostNL and so on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systematically broken. As others have mentioned, this company cannot be trusted. Our experience this week:
1. Delivery marked as 'delivered', even though no one even rang the doorbell. According to Budbee themselves, the heatmap shows this. Parcel is now lost with Budbee showing as delivered, even though it isn't.
2. Second delivery also didn't attempt delivery. Sent to a locker the next day 20 mins drive away. We drove there and when we used the code, the locker was empty. Budbee also telling the retailer the parcel was delivered, while it was also lost.
Deceptive practices seem to be deeply in the heart of this company.
If you're a logistics manager at a brand, only work with this company if you want to lose customers.

It took 4 tries for them to get my return and when they finally did, they didn't report it in the app. It says 'pick-up couldn't be scheduled' even though it did. Now my package worth 100 euros is missing and they are not replying to any of my chats or mails. This company is a disaster, don't trust them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too late for me, but save yourself.
Used for 3 deliveries, each time was delayed then finally cancelled around 10pm. Takes 2-3 days for the delivery to be "replanned" meaning something ordered "next day" turns up after a week, if you're lucky. Had same problem with pick ups.
There are good reviews so it's obviously delivery driver dependent. But it's up to Budbee to hire reliable people & make sure they do their job. Its been bad here for months. They clearly don't give a toss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only review I will ever leave behind as I usually don't do them, but this is the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. Messed up delivering three times, customer service not responding and still haven't received my package after one and half a month even though it's in the next city and was supposed to be delivered within a week at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would honestly rate lower if I could and I would suggest companies like bol.com to stop using their courier services.
Delivery attempted twice, both times someone was home. They didn't even ring the bell. First time they stated someone was not home (lies!) Second time they marked the package as delivered but delivered where? No notification whatsoever as to where the package has ended up in.
Of course their amazing customer service (sarcasm) is nowhere to be found. No replies at all. What am I supposed to do now? Bol.com is opening an investigation but if nothing comes from it, 200€ lost?!
I will avoid this company at all costs and I would recommend anyone reading this to stay away from them. Zero integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's always a very pleasant experience with Budbee. Real-time tracking is God-send. Their delivery personnel are very helpful and friendly. Once I had forgotten that something was to be picked up, he helped me pack the box away very quickly and I really appreciated that. And there's this one time my parcel was mistakenly reverted to be delivered to a parcel point. I contacted their customer service via chat and they were more than happy to switch it back to home delivery. Just fantastic!
