Owner threatened me telling me 'Not to mess with me' and taking my personal address
after complaining to him about the state of my bike (which was in shocking condition and almost killed me twice in the first week).
In addition the bikes here are all overpriced and in terrible condition, you will be lucky to make most of them last over a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good option for starter. They have really large stream of used bikes. Service looks a bit expensive comparing to price of the bikes but when you compare with other places it looks more than OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop ecer, absolute rip off. Expensive bike and very poor quality. The bike almost fell apart 1 week the bike left the shop. The bike may look nice, but they hide the problem. Think before you go to them (they won't refund or help u fix it)

My boyfriend bought a bike for a quite expensive price from here, a bike which was in no circumstances fit for sale, as it broke just one day after it was sold to him, and over which he had to spend even more just to get it fixed.
As soon as he went to complain about this, the owner of the shop, instead of listening and negotiating with him, turned very aggressive and even threatened him, thus demonstrating a completely unacceptable quality of costumer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two repairs in two weeks, because they messed up. The worker told me the inner tire wasn't put on correctly by them. He wanted me to sell me an outer and inner tire which would cost 3x. His employer the local shop owner started to intervene and told me I'll get an 8% discount. He told me he could have fixed it in a few hours and since I needed it repaired fast, I agreed. In hindsight, I should have made him clear that the tire wasn't put on correctly and I wanted it fixed for cost price. I don't want to do business there anymore, because of the owner. It was a frustrating experience and I would avoid doing business there with the owner. He doesn't practice good business.
