★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paar jaar geleden hier een keuken gekocht. Vandaag de dag nog steeds als nieuw. Super service toen er een keer een lekkage van het balkon was, en alles nog snel kon worden nageleverd. Volgende huis weer.
I bought a kitchen here a few years ago. Today still like new. Super service when there was a leakage from the balcony once, and everything could be delivered quickly. Next house again.

Meer dan 6 maanden na installatie (en het volledige, substantiële bedrag betaald te hebben voor koop & installatie) wacht ik nog steeds op beloofde herstelwerkzaamheden waar de installatie niet in orde was. Lades openen niet naar behoren, aanrechtblad is te klein en niet conform tekening, stukken la & kast vallen spontaan op de grond, dat soort dingen. Je kan blijven bellen en men blijft verbetering beloven maar daad bij t woord voegen zit er helaas niet bij. Heel teleurstellend…
Beautiful kitchen but never experienced such bad service. More than 6 months after installation (and having paid the full, substantial amount for purchase & installation) I am still waiting for promised fixes where the installation was not OK. Drawers do not open properly, counter top is too small and not in accordance with drawing, pieces of drawer & cupboard spontaneously fall to the floor, things like that. You can keep calling and people keep promising improvements, but taking action is unfortunately not one of them. Very disappointing…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. They don't listen to you and insist on quoting you for the option that you say you don't want. They said they would send a quote in 3 days but we didn't hear from them for more than a week. Doesn't sound like they really want the business. Would not go back here, at least not to this showroom.
