Naast dat hij onwijs veel ervaring heeft en erg professioneel is, is hij (net als zijn vrouw door wie wij werden ontvangen) ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. A lot of choice. We were helped by Didi. Besides the fact that he has a lot of experience and is very professional, he (just like his wife who welcomed us) is also very friendly and helpful.

No 3D drawing, wrong dimensions, missing elements. And then no answer to my questions via email. Even worse: when you register to the website, you get bombarded with marketing emails which will not stop despite several attempts to de register.

We were promised a quotation for our kitchen "within the weekend", more tan à week later, 3emails, 6 phone calls, we are still waiting!! Twice we were told "tomorrow".. We spent hours in the shop to choose the different items, just a loss of time! Very bad experience! REPLY TO KEUKEN KAMPIOEN REPLY : Well if you wanted to "keep contact", you/your "kitchen advisor" would have started by answering my emails, and I am still waiting for my quotation !!! Even though I doubt I will ever order anything to your shop because I experienced how not reliable that is !

Second visit was horrible and straight up everything you read here about these kinds of kitchen shops. After visiting more of these kitchen stores and finding out the truth between the way they work we found our dream kitchen for the price we thought was reasonable for the quality we wanted. We bought our kitchen at Marquardt Zoeterwoude where they where honest about the materials, prices and gave excellent customer service al the way through. Keuken Kampioen is opposite of this where you have to “play the game” and don’t know what you end up buying as they are not honest and transparent about their prices.
