Geplaatste keuken is mooi. Communicatie is slecht, prijzen zijn niet transparant en de planning is onduidelijk. Het heeft 5 maanden geduurd om de keuken te voltooien, ivm niet de juiste onderdelen. Uteindelijk ervoor gekozen om de juiste grepen er zelf op te zetten, anders had het nog langer geduurd...
Kitchen posted is nice. Communication is poor, prices are not transparent and the schedule is unclear. It took 5 months to complete the kitchen, due to not having the right parts. Finally chose to put the right grips on it myself, otherwise it would have taken even longer...

Warning! Don't do business here unless you know exactly what you want and what it is worth. Don't trust the advisers to give you good advice. All they want to do is sell. They will sell you more than you want or need, and they will either ask an enormous restocking fee or just won't take it back. You will not have the same adviser through the process. I met with three different people in my first three visits. The contractors they send are the worst. The ones sent to me were so clueless they didn't know the first thing about installing a bathroom. Product quality is really bad. The contractor I finally chose warned me but I didn't listen. Mirror doesn't work, faucets are bad imitations. Now I know. You have been warned!

Despite the assurances that warranty will always respected and that Brugman will perform quality checks of the contractors, a very simple warranty case of a leaking toilet one year after its installation is now taking 4 months. One star only for miserable customer service.

Worst experience ever!! This does not even deserve a star! We went there to check the prices for one kitchen for our newly purchased apartment. We were immediately approached by a "customer service representative" ( I am just very sorry I did not get his name). We explained to him that we do already have the appliances for this kitchen and we only need the furniture i.e cabinets. He had a very aggressive tone and invited us to go to Ikea if we have the appliances already as this is where he is getting his margins from, going on with saying this is not the practice in NL and no store will ever go ahead and make the custom made furniture for appliances. I wonder what do people do when they are moving to another place and have the appliances already? Sell them even if they are new? When we were on the edge of leaving he then told us to go ahead and do the planning, it continued with very rude comments ( we have a gas stove and told us we are the only ones in the NL who still have that, that our apartment is unusual although I would not describe it as being so). Anyway, we do select our colours and materials and we were waiting for the calculation for the total price. At this point he is telling us that in order for him to calculate we need to pay for the kitchen on spot. His other point was that he doesn't want to waste his time making the quote and that this is not a consultancy store. I do not know the practices in this store but this is not the usual process. Usually clients come and ask for quotations on how much their kitchen would be, and if the price is ok with them they go ahead and purchase. We did tell him we are not planning on paying anything today and that we want a quote for now and he only told us it would be between 10-15k ( which is not a very reasonable price range. A 5k range can make a lot of difference if we are talking only about the kitchen cabinets and no appliances). We did leave and are not planning on going back ever again. This type of aggressive sales tactic does not work and the funny thing is we may have purchased a kitchen if we were treated nicely.

My problems with Brugman kitchens are ongoing and as far as I know, there is still no satisfactory solution available to me. Their lack of contact or giving me reliable regular updates. I ordered my kitchen back on November 11 2020. Black cupboards for the bulk for 3/4 of the kitchen and the island in grey. On January 7th 2021 my kitchen was delivered in all grey which is how it still is today some 14 weeks later despite my reporting their error out as soon as it was delivered. I called customer service to report it thinking they could help me but was told to call the showroom where I bought the kitchen. The consultant there was not helpful at all. I was under tome pressure to have everything sorted as I was renovating my house the kitchen was supposed to be fitted by my builders who I had until the end of February when they started their next project. The showroom kept reassuring me everything was ok and was told to relax as they were β€œworking their buts off sorting everything out”. Time was ticking and my stress levels were starting to peak. As the consultant wasn't getting anything done and numerous promises. Of progress and delivery that failed to happen, I called customer services two weeks before I was to move into my house only to discover there weren't any orders in the system to fix their mess up. The shock was too much to handle I was so upset. Brugman told me to install the kitchen as it was and they would come out and fix everything up later which is what I did. My builders did the best they could to make the kitchen functional bus didn't finish things like kickboards and the finishing touches as they would ultimately be replaced. The kitchen is nice but looks rough and obviously not finished. Customer services initially seemed to care about my situation but have also failed miserably to help. I had two delivery dated come and go with the next one on 21/04/21 some 22 weeks 6 months since the order was placed. Do you think this is ridiculous readers? I certainly do! As we didn't buy the installation package from them they aren't willing to do the installation. They are going to drop off the new panels and leave it up to me to pay someone to do it. (I've already paid my builders to install it) how is it fair that if a company failed to deliver on their end of the contract to offer nothing in return to fix up their mistake? I've got an anxious week ahead now waiting to see if the parts show up. I sincerely hope that it's over then, but dread the idea that something else will go wrong. I've paid for everything, kitchen and bathroom (the toilet supplied kept falling off the wall so had to buy another one) almost €20,000 in full. I regret buying from them now and resent they have my hard-earned money and I still don't have what I paid for. It feels like they don't care about me, they've got their money and after that, the friendly service promised by the company stopped and replaced with an β€œI'm not bothered approach”. Burgman gets 0 stars from me. I have never been so appealing treated by anyone or by any other company in my life. Shame on you Brugman.
