★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I did the one day birthing class with Karen. This was a wonderful way for us to consider what type of birth we wanted for our child. Karen is very knowledgeable about all aspects of birthing. For us in our situation, with some complications, what was super helpful was having her insight on the Dutch system and her expertise on how to navigate this. I highly recommend the course through Bump and Beyond. Thank you, Karen.
